I have been directly and indirectly coaching teams and organizations in lean thinking and agile methodologies for over a decade.

Learn more about organizational change management and facilitation techniques.

I will host a session where we explore the boundaries and context for when and where lean thinking and agile methodologies does not make sense. I am also interested in how Newton's third law can teach us something about the challenges we meet when trying to introduce lean thinking and agile methodologies in large organizations.

Somehow I have been quite succesful in allowing teams to become value-focused in delivery. I have worked with teams in the security, banking and educational sectors.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I have some ideas around Biomatrix systems thinking to explore and how it can help with big-picture thinking. There will also a number of people at the camp, which I have never met. I am just coming with an open-mind and learn from them.
How do you plan to contribute?
If anyone is interested I can talk about Biomatrix systems-thinking. Also if anyone wants to talk about #noEstimates / #beyondEstimates I'll be up for it.
